new from a high end causal furniture showroom at the Merchandise Mart is this gorgeous all-weather wicker and aluminium chair with sunbrella upholstered cushions. Priced $325
another new from the Mart piece is this solid, heavy side table or stool with adjustable feet. Not sure what material it's made from (but did I mention it's heavy? Hah!). Priced $75

OH MY GOODNESS - these Knoll pieces are all now 25% OFF OUR ALREADY LOW PRICE! I showed you these pieces just over a month ago and provided links showing the chairs' starting retail price of $5,234 and the ottoman $1,886! Our new reduced prices of $637.50 for each chair and $296.25 for the ottoman is right around 88% OFF the lowest retail price! These pieces are gorgeous and you gotta see 'em in person to appreciate the craftsmanship and quality. I LOVE them!
FABULOUS CTH-Sherrill merk "sunbeam" table (at least the table top reminds me of beams radiating out from the sun). Measures 38" round and stands 30" from floor to table top. The pedestal is gorgeous too! Priced $125. Oh, and the pretty vase in the first photo is $10

neat dining set with rattan accents. Table measures 38 1/2" x 6" and there are two leaves - 12" wide each - and four chairs. Everything needs to be cleaned/freshened up but otherwise in good condition. Priced $95 for the whole set!
Klaussner merk three piece red sectional - rent a machine and clean this puppy up

I was surprised by the $85 price tag for these SIX mission style chairs (two with arms) since they're solid oak and looked to be in good condition and then I checked more closely and a number of the chairs need some minor banging with a rubber mallet to close the gap in the chair frame - fyi
here's another piece I am totally in love with! Wonderful older wardrobe (has TWO spots on each side where you could put a rod). Fantastic "antiqued" green finish. Four drawers on the bottom. Shelf can be easily removed if you wanted to add a rod. Since it has SLIDING doors - this isn't a piece you could use for - say a TV. Priced $195 and measures (NOT including top trim which would add a couple of inches to the width and depth measurements) 53" wide by 77" tall by 20 1/2" deep
if you're a planner like me - it's NOT too early to be thinking about the holidays (gasp!) and who doesn't always need some extra seating?! No one doesn't - that's who (my former English

speaking of my mom - she was quite the sewer in her day (not so much now) - and though I didn't inherit the sewing gene (or desire - though my sister, Peggy, certainly did!) I'm not a complete dummy around thread and sewing notions so I THINK this side table is

lovely queen size headboard, footboard and side rails for $195. One of our never-been-used queen size mattresses from the Serta Research and Development department (so grateful for the amazing relationship we have with Serta!) which is priced $425 for the mattress only
king size white headboard, footboard and side rails - in good condition - for $125. USED king size mattress with box spring (not a matched set but price tag says box spring comes with the mattress) priced $225 and the mattress looks fantastic!
