this is a GORGEOUS black leather sofa/chaise/recliner! Yep - all three! Two seat sofa with a right side chaise and the far left side has a wall hugger recliner element! Looks to be in excellent condition and is priced $575. BUT - the head rest part of the three sections also "recline" and I couldn't get the one on the left side to stand up "straight" like the other two. I might not have been doing it correctly - but I wanted you to know
beautiful Plunkett sofa also in excellent condition and priced $195
similiar black leather sofa/chaise to the one I just showed you - but different. The chaise piece is an ottoman that you can put on either the right OR left side and then you simply flip the long chaise cushion depending on which side you put the ottoman (and then the smaller sofa cushion goes on the "couch" end). Also there are - what looks like - kitty cat puncture marks on various places in the leather (not horrible - but noticeable). Priced $115
excellent condition pedestal dining table with one self storing leaf (which is SO NICE) and eight chairs for $245. The table - with leaf - measures 39" across by 71" long and the leaf is 19" wide (so without the leaf the table would be 39" across by 52" long). Beautiful set!
I LOVE the light blue/gray color of this micro-suede sofa and loveseat! Sofa is priced $155 and the loveseat is $135. Both have enough spots/are slightly dirty that they should be cleaned - fyi

very cool dresser/dressing table! Excellent condition. The two side mirrors
are adjustable. Priced $85
beautiful dresser with mirror - too bad two of the dresser "pulls" are missing. Priced $195. FYI - the mirror would normally sit directly in the middle of this piece but because we wanted the mirror to lean against the wall and NOT the window - it had to put to the left side
wonderful, very firm upholstered bench. Measures 22" x 6' and the
upholstery has several pulls and a few spots. Priced $45
cafe height table with one leaf and four chairs. Table measures 42" x 42" (oval instead of square due to the rounded corners) and the leaf is 18" wide (so with the leaf in the table is 5' x 42"). I think someone put a high gloss polyurethane on the table top to protect it (it's MUCH shiny-er than the rest of the set). Overall in good condition. Priced $225
LOVE this white compost (wood like but I don't think real wood) writing desk!
