With sunshine (or at least no rain!) predicted for Thursday, Friday and Saturday - Connie and Jan decided to hold an ARTAPALOOZA in the side yard! All artwork (and there are many original pieces) is priced $1, $5, $10, $15 or $20! These amazing prices are ONLY on artwork you'll find outside in the fenced west yard adjacent to the store.

One selesai - FYI - we have lots of outdoor cushions and throw pillows that need to be put out and we hope to do that sometime on Thursday. These are all merk new from The Merchandise Mart and we're selling the cushions for $10 each and the throw pillows for $15 each.

excellent condition wood desk. Measures 20" by 47 1/4" and is priced $75
fantastic wooden TV or media stand! Priced $145 and measures:

really cool and beautiful two tiered LARGE (38' x 56") wood and metal coffee table. In EXCELLENT condition! Priced $395. Tag identifies this as a Lillian August Blake piece (table was too heavy for me to lift it to check) - but it certainly looks a lot like this $1,295 one (though ours has wood instead of mirror and the frame where it supports the lower shelf is slightly different)
good condition Lazboy sofa - great neutral color! Priced $155
I might have shown you this metal and stone (26' x 2') end table before -
but it's simply lovely! Priced $95
FABULOUS retro credenza with two pieces of stone on either end of the top. This piece measures 18" deep, 52 1/2" across and stands 22" from floor to top. In good condition. Priced $65
Craftmaster Furniture oversize chair and ottoman - you can see the wear on both pieces but otherwise in good condition. Priced $125. In my photos the wear almost looks like dirt - but the fabric is actually sorta worn in those areas (so it probably won't look any different even if it were cleaned)
this is an INCREDIBLE two piece sectional by Cassina! I THINK the upholstery is wool - and you can actually zip the two sections together for a seamless look! Some minor wear/a little dirty (at least it looks that way to me) but otherwise in excellent condition. Priced $395

I'm not sure the manufacturer of these four plywood and metal chairs - but here's something similiar that retails for $54.50 a chair. We're selling all four for $95! There's one "stain" on the seat of one of the chairs (it looks like a water mark in the second photo) otherwise the chairs are in excellent condition (and when I was looking online for something comparable I noticed
chairs like these are typically stackable - which is a nice added feature!)

this is a really gorgeous piece! Two piece hutch/cabinet. Lots of storage but even more CHARACTER! The doors are missing from the base piece (hinges are still there - but doors are missing) - but the decorative edge of the shelves are so pretty - who'd want to cover them up anyway?! I'm not sure what material the black/somewhat reflective pieces is.
Measures: 21" deep and 6' across and stands 82" tall. Priced $345
clean the upholstery on these four chairs and you'll have a very nice dining set!
Table measures 40" square and we're selling the set for $175
nice table (3' x 5') with two leaves (each 14" wide) and four chairs for $195. There are "drawers" on each side that open to reveal a narrow space that I'm not sure what it's used for. I assumed it was for storing the two leaves but then I couldn't fit one in - so maybe not? All in good condition

I believe this high top table is indoor/outdoor. It measures 3' x 6' and stands 35" and is priced $195. And then LOOK AT THESE MARIA YEE, INC. sand color leather kafe stools! Gorgeous! Excellent condition. Retail for $435 EACH and we're selling all three for $185! Such a deal!

okay - this two piece sectional is for someone who's willing to put a little work into it. Yes, it's needs a good vacuuming - that's the easy part - BUT it's missing all the buttons on the top of the two large seat cushions and there are holes where the buttons were. Here's my thought. Take the buttons from UNDERNEATH the cushions and sew them onto the top (and use some odd buttons for the bottom where no one will see). VOILA! Done. Priced $125

wonderful blue leather chair - back only reclines! - for $95
I love that the price tag labels this as the "oh, la-la couch"! With 6 1/2" fringe, tan velvet upholstery and rolled arms - this is indeed a visually "fancy" sofa! That said, with a 29" deep seat cushion - this is also a very practical piece (looks like a GREAT napping sofa!). Yes, it needs to be professionally cleaned (it's really dirty) but since it's priced $15 you have more than enough
to pay for cleaning and once done it's gonna be a showstopper!
