two lovely side chairs - I found one dark stain on the back of one of the chairs but otherwise in good condition. Selling 'em as a set for $150 (for both chairs)
super sweet footstool - newly re-covered - priced $20
very nice Urban Casual merk red sofa. When I was looking under the cushions for a label
I spotted this dark stain on the seat that is NOT visible - BUT did not
see any staining on the seat cushions. Priced $195
I LOVE painted furniture and always want to buy every piece we get in! Ha! Here's an Ethan Allen one drawer nightstand priced $45 and matching three drawer small dresser for $85.

this is an EXCELLENT condition Pottery Barn Kids twin over twin bunk bed set. You can also un-bunk 'em for two matching twin beds. In the box are the finials and you can see the bed slants in my last photo (so a box spring should NOT be needed). There's no ladder and when I mentioned it to Connie (who was at the store last night when I was taking photos) she said she thought you'd climb up using the side rail on the bottom bunk (which makes sense). I couldn't find this exact set at the Pottery Barn Kids website - but here's something very similiar

paint flecks - see my last photo) and it's $35
