The sun's shining and I see daffodils peeking through the ground along the south side of my neighbor's house! We might get more snow and cold (might?) - but spring's in the air (says this optimistic mid-western!) and it's a great day!

though it needs to be cleaned and there are nicks in the finish - this is a lovely black wooden, pedestal table (without the leaf measures 44" round - there's one leaf in the table in my photos) with
two leaves (17" wide each) and six chairs. Priced $175
this is a DEEP (seat cushion is 3' from front to back) and wide (29" across - NOT including the arms - that's just the seat) leather, Tread leather chair. Lovely "wear." Beautiful chair. Priced $85
really wonderful two piece Ethan Allen sectional for $225. I, personally, think it needs to be professionally cleaned - nothing horrible - just an overall darkening of the lovely yellow that indicates dirt/grime. 40" by 40" square glass coffee table with rattan base for $45
(there's one chip on one corner of the glass - drat!)
retro dining set from Hibriten Furniture Company which includes: table (42" by 63") and two leaves (18" wide each) and six chairs (two with arms). You'd probably want to recover the chair seats but otherwise this is an extremely nice set! Priced $175
cute little (3' by 4') table with four chairs - some refinishing is needed (especially on the table)
but at $95 this is a great deal for a solid set!
again - the top of this black wood with metal base table needs some work - but there's something about this table with two stools that I really like! Table measures 28" by 4' and stands 42" from floor to table top (that's taller than a lot of "tall" tables - fyi). Priced $95 for the set
OH MY GOODNESS! This is a STUNNING wall of bookcases (lighted)/closed storage that includes a brass library ladder kafe and the ladder! It breaks down into several pieces - but not exactly as you might think (and now I can't remember how my guys told me they had to disassemble it - but it's done so well it's really hard to see how - once it's put back together). Black painted wood along with the stained beadboard on the back and then there are glass shelves. This is truly a GORGEOUS piece (well, technically, pieces)! Priced $795. Measures 8'10" tall and is 9'8" wide and 19" deep
amazing Century leather sofa - nicely "distressed" and priced $455
I LOVE this bright floral upholstered chair and ottoman - in mint condition! Priced $145. I showed you this amazing coffee table last week - but it hadn't been priced yet but now it is ($95). I need another coffee table about as much as I need another hole in my head but I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS ONE! Measures 47 1/2" by 41 1/2". You gotta see it in person - there's just something about it
as I was taking photos last night - I immediately thought of this sofa as the "girl scout"
couch because of both the color and the pattern (click here to see what I mean).
ANYWAY - it's a very nice piece - love the shape/lines of it! Priced $95

very cool - LARGE - ceramic table lamp (might want to buy a new shade for it -
not that there's anything wrong with the one on it but, in my opinion, the

OUTSTANDING leather recliner - has a smaller profile than a lot of chairs like this - priced $195
